Privacy Policy

Effective September 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Click Media Group handles information in the mobile apps, websites, and related services we publish. The information used by a particular app depends on its features and the permissions you choose to grant.

Information we may process

Our apps may process information you provide, app settings, purchase status, technical diagnostics, and feature-specific data. Depending on the app, this may include location, motion, camera, photos, files, notifications, or other device services. Permission-protected information is available to an app only after you grant access through your device.

How information is used

We use information to provide and improve app features, remember settings, complete requests, verify purchases, diagnose problems, respond to support enquiries, protect our services, and meet legal obligations. We do not use personal information for purposes unrelated to the app or service without an appropriate reason or consent.

Information stored on your device

Many of our apps store preferences, history, saved sessions, drafts, or other app data locally on your device. We do not receive locally stored information unless a feature sends it to a service or you choose to share it with us. Deleting an app generally removes its local data, subject to device backups and operating-system settings.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment details. We may receive limited purchase information, such as entitlement or subscription status, but we do not receive your full payment card details.

Service providers

We may use service providers for app distribution, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email, customer support, or features you choose to use. They may process limited information on our behalf or under their own terms. Apple and your device operating system may also collect information independently under their privacy policies.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers where needed to operate our apps and websites, to comply with law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including support, security, accounting, and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can manage app permissions in your device settings and remove locally stored data by deleting the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under the minimum age required for independent consent in their country, unless an app specifically says otherwise. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and address it.

International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections apply.

App-specific notices

An app may provide additional privacy information where its features require it. Any app-specific notice supplements this policy and takes priority if there is a conflict.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
