Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to mobile apps, websites, and related services published by Click Media Group. By downloading, accessing, or using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or service.

Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse an app except where the law expressly permits it.

Responsible use

You must use our apps lawfully and safely. You are responsible for your device, your account, your settings, and any content or data you create, enter, save, or share. You must not use an app to harm others, violate rights, distribute malicious content, bypass security, or disrupt a service.

Accuracy and safety

Apps may provide estimates, calculations, generated content, reminders, diagnostics, location information, navigation data, or other outputs. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable because of device sensors, permissions, connectivity, third-party services, or user input. Stay aware of your surroundings and do not interact with an app when it would be unsafe to do so.

No professional advice

Unless an app expressly states otherwise, our apps do not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, navigation, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on an app as your only source for an important decision or emergency assistance.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid downloads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions offered through Apple are billed and managed under Apple's terms. Renewal, cancellation, and refund rules shown by the App Store apply. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Third-party services

Some features may rely on Apple, app stores, maps, hosting, analytics, email, or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

Ownership

Our apps, websites, branding, software, and original content are owned by Click Media Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Changes and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue an app, feature, website, price, or these terms. Where appropriate, we will post updated terms with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our apps and websites are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Media Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, revenue, profit, opportunity, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, an app or service. Our liability is not limited where doing so would be unlawful.

Additional terms

An app may include additional terms for a particular feature or service. Those additional terms supplement these terms and take priority if there is a conflict. Apple's standard end-user licence terms may also apply to apps obtained through the App Store.
