What to include

Please include the app name, your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is helpful for visual issues. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple manages App Store billing, cancellations, and refunds. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings or request billing help through Apple Support.

Privacy

For a privacy question or request, use the same email address and include the name of the relevant app. You can also read our Privacy Policy.
